1Scope of Solar Engineering & EPC Services

Trivedi Sales & Solar Solutions undertakes rooftop solar projects for residential, housing society (RWA), commercial, and industrial clients across Ujjain, Indore, Dewas, Bhopal, and other districts of Madhya Pradesh and India. Our scope encompasses:

• Detailed rooftop shadow modeling and structural load feasibility assessment.
• Supply of ALMM-listed Tier-1 Monocrystalline Bifacial solar PV modules, smart grid-tied or hybrid inverters, hot-dip galvanized IS 2062 elevated mounting structures, and IP65 ACDB/DCDB protection boxes.
• Physical structural erection, wiring, copper chemical earthing pits, and lightning arrester installation.
• Liaisoning with West Discom (MPPKVVCL) or respective state utilities for feasibility approval, bidirectional net-meter testing, and grid synchronization.
• Assistance with documentation on the National Portal for PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.

2Quotations, Pricing & Price Validity

Due to continuous fluctuations in international silicon wafer costs, aluminum commodity prices, and currency exchange rates:

• All official quotations and turnkey package price sheets provided by Trivedi Sales are valid for a maximum period of 15 to 30 calendar days from the date of quotation issuance.
• Prices quoted are inclusive or exclusive of GST as explicitly marked in the formal proposal. Commercial rooftop systems are subject to applicable GST rates as per prevailing Ministry of Finance tax schedules.
• Any customized structural requirement (e.g. customized high-clearance gazebos exceeding 8 feet, non-standard civil foundation blocks, or elongated cable runs exceeding standard allowances) will be billed at actual transparent rates agreed upon prior to execution.

3PM Surya Ghar Subsidy & Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT)

Trivedi Sales guarantees prompt submission of all technical commissioning reports, work completion certificates, net-meter testing slips, and geotagged photographs on the National Portal. However, the exact timeline of subsidy disbursement into the bank account is governed by the Central Government DBT processing queue and utility inspection schedules.

4DISCOM Net-Metering & Installation Timelines

Physical on-site rooftop erection and electrical wiring generally takes 5 to 7 days following material delivery at the client's premises. The bidirectional net-meter testing, safety inspection, and meter synchronization with MPPKVVCL (or respective DISCOM) generally takes up to 35 days, subject to DISCOM meter availability and departmental joint verification schedules.

5Warranties & Performance Guarantees

Trivedi Sales delivers top-tier hardware backed by comprehensive OEM and EPC warranties:

• Solar PV Modules: 25-Year 84.8% linear power output performance warranty and 10 to 12 years product manufacturing warranty backed by Tier-1 ALMM manufacturers (Waaree, Adani, etc.).
• Solar Grid-Tied Inverter: 5 to 10 Years OEM manufacturer replacement warranty against electronic defect or failure.
• Mounting Superstructure: 5 Years structural warranty covering hot-dip galvanization integrity against corrosion and wind ratings up to 170 km/h.
• Workmanship & Preventive AMC: 5 Years comprehensive maintenance and inspection support by Trivedi Sales service engineers.

6Customer Responsibilities

To ensure flawless commissioning, the client agrees to:

• Provide safe, unobstructed rooftop access and water supply for initial module cleaning during testing.
• Furnish valid ownership proof of the property, latest paid electricity bill in applicant's name, and Aadhaar card for portal registration.
• Ensure the sanction load of the electrical connection matches the proposed solar plant capacity, or apply for load enhancement as advised by our engineers.

7Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any contracts entered into with Trivedi Sales & Solar Solutions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to solar installation, warranties, or service agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India.
